As per our commitment to your privacy, you have the right to request deletion of your personal data from the Vedang Campus ERP system.

Important Information

Please note that certain academic records may be retained as required by educational regulations and institutional policies. However, all personal contact information and non-essential data will be deleted.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Personal contact information (phone number, email address)
Login credentials and authentication data
App usage history and preferences
Notification settings and history
Payment transaction details (after legal retention period)

Data That May Be Retained

Academic records (as required by educational regulations)
Attendance records (for institutional records)
Fee payment records (for audit purposes)
Examination results (permanent academic record)

Submit Deletion Request

Your data deletion request has been submitted successfully. We will process your request within 30 days and send a confirmation to your email.

Processing Time

Data deletion requests are typically processed within 30 days of submission. You will receive a confirmation email once your data has been deleted.
